If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, items can be exchanged for another
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you do not have a right to return a product if you:
changed your mind
ordered the wrong product
found the product cheaper elsewhere
found a better product elsewhere
were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product
damaged the product by misusing it used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
Please note it may take up to 28 days for an exchange or return via Australia Post to be processed.

We will exchange the product for another similar or equal for manufacturing defects
